Before buying the vwpolo, tried both engines, 105 and 90 tsi, and virtually no difference.

The 105 with 6-speed stretches speed better, but not much difference.
The sprint is almost equal, tsi 90 with 5-speed is good.

The noticeable difference is the top speed, 105 ..... 190km / h, 90 .... 180km / h.

here in italy we do not have the blue-gt one.. And we've had tsi 105 cv for a limited period of time. when it began the my 2012 tsi disappeared from the catalogue. but it was still ordinable till january 2012.. We have ever had tsi 90 cv as we have ever had 1.6 tdi 105 cv. I think that here in italy there are more commercial choises that make people prefer the "same" engine but bought by another constructor (Audi A1 Seat Ibiza and Skoda Fabia)... EG. If i want tdi 105 cv i can buy audi a1 seat ibiza and skoda fabia.. But not VW polo. If i want tsi 86 cv (not 90 as the other countries) I have to buy audi a1 or skoda fabia.. If i want tsi 105 i have to buy seat ibiza or skoda fabia.. And i can say the same thing about 2.0 tdi 143cv wich is present on a1 fabia and ibiza but not on polo!!! personally i've been lucky to find a tsi 105 as a KM0. Otherwise i don't know wich model of car shold i bought.
